What to Expect

This comprehensive program includes daily wellness workshops covering holistic nutrition, detox cuisine, and naturopathic health. Participants practice yoga asanas and guided meditation twice daily, and enjoy two full days of juice and broth fasting to gently reset the digestive system. Detox therapies such as therapeutic mud packs are offered alongside hands-on cooking classes where you learn to prepare health-supportive meals at home. The retreat also features an art therapy class for creative reflection, a visit to natural hot springs, and a guided tour of the surrounding eco-village. Informative and supportive staff guide you through every step, and all meals consist of delicious, nutritionally balanced vegetarian food — with organic fruits and vegetables from the center’s own farm when in season. Program Schedule

Day 1 — Arrival & Orientation: Registration begins at 2:00 PM, followed by an introduction and orientation session. The afternoon continues with a bath, your first yoga asana class, and an evening meditation. After dinner, enjoy a leisurely walk and get to know your fellow participants through a self-introduction circle. Lights out at 9:30 PM.

Day 2 — Juice Fast & Learning: The day starts early at 5:30 AM with meditation and warm lemon water. Morning yoga is followed by fresh juice in place of breakfast. A wellness class runs mid-morning, with a second juice at midday. The afternoon features a cooking class and tea time, then a second yoga session, evening meditation, juice, and a relaxing walk before bed.

Day 3 — Deep Cleanse: Following the same early morning rhythm of meditation, lemon water, and yoga, the second day of juice fasting continues. A morning class and midday juice keep you nourished. The afternoon highlight is a rejuvenating mud pack therapy session, followed by tea, yoga, meditation, juice, and an evening video session.

Day 4 — Restore & Renew: The fasting period ends as solid meals return with breakfast and lunch. The morning class continues your wellness education, and the afternoon is devoted to a restorative visit to local hot springs. The day closes with meditation, dinner, and an evening walk.

Day 5 — Integration & Departure: After the final morning meditation and yoga session, enjoy breakfast and a guided tour of the eco-village. A farewell cooking class and lunch follow, and the retreat closes with a heartfelt closing circle at 1:00 PM. Goodbyes are said by 2:00 PM.
